Feb 28th Betty Weeks Remembrance!
swiss replica watches
Remembering Betty Weeks- she passed way one year ago today. In this image, she stands in front of a sculpture made by her daughter, Deborah Weeks Marvin. "The Bat", hung on the porch of Betty's house on the Back Hannawa Road for more than 25 years. Many of you may remember the bat and spider!
Betty is remembered for her kindness, understanding, love of nature- birds, plants, and water. She was an active community member. She and her husband Lew Weeks, brought organic gardening to the North Country in the 1960s and shared many zucchini with neighbors and friends. Great friends to all.
